Please note:
- We do not accept any returns for any product once it has been sold.
- We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including cases of taste preference, change of mind, or incorrect order placement by the customer.
Why no returns or refunds?
Our products are perishable food items, and for hygiene and safety reasons, once they leave our premises, they cannot be resold or reused.
Order Accuracy
We request customers to carefully check their order details (product type, quantity, delivery address, etc.) before confirming the purchase.
Damaged or Wrong Item Delivery
While we ensure safe packaging, if your order arrives with a wrong product or in a damaged condition due to our error, please contact us immediately with proof (photo/video) within 24 hours of delivery. In such rare cases, we will review the matter and may provide a replacement at our discretion.
